The venue is directly north of Wake Forest's main campus on University Parkway, sharing a congested corridor with Truist Field on major event nights. Surface lots on University Parkway cost $10–$15 and fill within 90 minutes of doors on sold-out shows; the overflow lot on the east side of University Parkway requires a 10-minute walk to the main entrance.
Charter bus drop-off runs at the main lobby entrance on University Parkway, with the bus parked in the large surface lot on the west side of the building. Post-show rideshare demand on University Parkway spikes sharply — a charter bus with a pre-arranged pickup window is the move for any group of 15 or more.

Tanglewood Park (4061 Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012) is a 1,100-acre Forsyth County park in the town of Clemmons, about 12 miles southwest of downtown Winston-Salem on US-158. The park hosts the Festival of Lights (one of the Southeast's largest drive-through holiday light displays, running late November through December) and serves as a wedding and corporate event venue year-round, with the Manor House, the Barn, and the historic Tanglewood estate available for private bookings. During Festival of Lights, vehicle queues on Clemmons Road back up more than a mile on peak December weekends — a charter bus enters the commercial vehicle lane and moves significantly faster than personal vehicles.
The estate's main parking area handles bus parking comfortably. For weddings and corporate events, the Tanglewood catering team will tell you exactly where the bus should wait at the specific venue building.
